Ted Cruz of Texas says he and his wife "lift up in prayer" everyone impacted after a hot air balloon carrying at least 16 people caught on fire and crashed in Central Texas. Authorities have said it's likely no one survived the crash Saturday morning. Cruz said in his statement Saturday that he and his wife, Heidi Cruz, send their condolences to "all who have lost their loved ones."
